"We met Bill in 2021 when we were looking to buy our first home in Franklin. This was a very competitive time to be a buyer as interest rates were very attractive and we distinctly remember going into open houses where numerous buyers and best and final offer being expected by 5pm that day. Bill helped us navigate the process and buy a home we loved that summer of 2021. Based on that experience I wanted to work with Bill again to sell our home just two years later when I took a new job that required our family to move. The market in 2023 was completely different and being a seller during the times of 7% interest rates had its challenges for sure not to mention my family and I had to be out of state. Throughout the sale process Bill was our “man on the scene” who looked after things for us while we were a state away at our home and made sure the house was show ready when we were not around. He provided other resources to my wife, like a professional staging consultant who helped us get the house ready to be sold, and had a couple of rounds of staging photos produced along with video tours to get eyes on our property. In the end we were able to sell our home in one of the worst housing markets in my lifetime and Bill was looking after all the details to get the repairs made from the inspection report up until the final walkthrough.
